You can have the best product.
The cleanest bid.
The most field-proven spec sheet in the world.
But if you don’t have alignment between:

Winning tenders and more importantly, winning trust requires:
✅ Cross-functional alignment early
✅ Translating operational language into procurement logic
✅ Storytelling that resonates with mission impact, not marketing fluff
This is especially true in NATO-aligned procurement, where clarity and credibility win over capability claims alone.
